"I hope to find a statistical link" Ben, What are your results so far? I carried out a similar study on four stocks (intc, msft, mo and one other) in 1997. My results showed they missed the inflection point by an absolute average of about 2 strike prices. Seems to me a reasonable guess, made 4 weeks in advance, would come closer. Best Trading, X
