Thanks for your input. It is well received. If you would reread my post QCOM = MSFT was intended to be provocative, designed to stir debate and uncover weaknesses in QCOM that sometimes are not brought to light in a thread such as this because the bulls of the thread crucify anyone who speaks against them.

Again thank you for your very polite and well thought out response.
Several points that I would like to make in rebuttal to QCOM never amounting to very much, is that this market for the technology will become so vast that I cannot envision QCOM not making it's share of the money to be made from it. They have relatively a small amount of shares outstanding and it obviously doesn't take near as much net income to get to $4.00 to $5.00 eps. Secondly, do you see this technology going away or being made obsolete by another technology? Do you think that China will not be a significant market. Your response was that QCOM would never amount to much because of bad morale, that's a good point but IMHO it doesn't reduce QCOM to a pile of rubble, I think that they would be able to live on their royalties alone.
