President Clinton sounded like he was in a panic for IMF money. In my opinion, the panic is on, Congress will not approve IMF money, countries in trouble need to get serious to fix their problems and stop looking for a hand-out from the IMF, the IMF cannot fix the world's problems, this crisis will have to run it's course. Gold (may) continue to rise as more panic sets in. Banks may still be a good short op.
