ED - Regarding QCOM's royalties. I have been trying to find out exactly how the royalties are computed. Although there seems to be general concensus that revenue received from manufacturing would be more substantial than royalties I have not been successful in getting answers to questions regarding the actual makeup of license fees and royalties. Anyone know how they are computed?
