SSO - Jim Bishop send out an email notifying all fund members of the change in plans. You were on the member email list, I got the list that I used from his email to me.

Also, CIMA posted on SI and RB that he could not go to Bolivia. The window of opportunity for him had closed. The same is true for Tom Anderson.

CIMA suggested that Steve go once Sun River made the offer to facilitate the trip for the Cima Fund, the members emailed back that he was an acceptable representative.

Two days ago I found out that Steve had decided to pay his own way to avoid any conflict of interest. That left an opening for someone to go as the fund's representative.

Bill Peterson had offered to go down at his own expense last summer when the trip was to take place. He was offered the slot and accepted.

Be very clear SSO, GE had every opportunity to facilitate this trip.
Terry Turner avoided the shareholder trip. When pressed he said the trip could take place after BD representatives were gone. As far as I can tell, they were never there and still no invitation to Bolivia was extended. Once the rainy season started in late October, no trip could take place in 1998.

Once TT found out that CIMA had some stock in Sun River and was talking to SR people, he no longer wanted to have CIMA visit GE in Bolivia. CIMA has posted an email in that regard.

Jim offered a replacement and waited for a reply, he got no reply from Terry Turner. Apparently, our shareholder trip and the PR it would bring did not appeal to T. Turner.

Sun River people were kind enough offer to facilitate the trip realizing the tremendous PR the trip would generate. PR for GE and Sun River. Most, if not all, of the Sun River people own a lot of MINE stock. They are interested in positive GE press too.

As for visiting the GE site, we weren't planning on taking samples or mining so DD from the site is not critical, imo. The GE DD will still be able to be done as I stated in my earlier post. I am looking forward to the report.

Jim has already been forwarded your request for a refund.
