I talked to Roger for about half hour,and here are the good news he
had to say.
1) He was very positive about the future of the company.
2) The price he said is so low because the MM are shorting the stock
and he said that there is a 1.35 million shares short out of 3mil
of the float.So about 50% of the float is short right now he said.
He said that the price will go back up,and that out of the three million
in the float he knows who has the two million,so he things that only one million shares he does not know who the shares holders are yet.
So he said in order to squeeze the shorts,the major share holders
have asked for their certificates of their stock to be deliver to them.
And also the company is preparing something more to do,so the
shorts will have to cover.He did not tell me what though.Will know soon.
Imagine what that will do to the stock.
3) He says within two weeks the audits will be out.
4) Strong 3rd and 4th quarter,and earnings per share for this year
between .11 and .14. That is very good.
5) He things that we can hit $3.00 based on the earnings and apply
for NASDAQ.
6) The company is going to hire a good Firm to promote the stock,
and have already talked to two firms,and the company should
announce the PR this month.
7) Several acquisitions to be announced this month.
8) Several good news to be out soon,and that the stock is not going to be there for to long.
To verify all this you can call Roger yourself,if you don't believe me.
I Believe the stock should be at .75 or $1.00 now.
I accumulate stock almost daily at these levels.It is dirt very cheap.
