Castra, I am short the evil tower. Have been short since 42. Couldn't get filled yesterday at 18 7/16. Got filled today by placing 2 orders, one at 18 3/8 and one at 18 7/16. The thinking is any buy market order today would get filled at 18 7/16 (based on yesterday's high ask with my short open at 18 7/16 which set the limit) therefore ensuring at least my 18 3/8 getting filled because of the uptick rule.
