You are showing that not only you cannot read but you cannot understand a simple statement. The above statement means THERE IS a SOLUTION to the PROBLEM ---["not a big flaw"]---. Microsoft has solved it--["that cannot be solved"]---. Do you have difficulty understanding that Microsoft has a solution?
You can speak about the performance under different OS's and call that a FLAW; then we will ask for your own tests and others before accepting your work. Be intelligent rather than pain in you know where.
Now please take your own advice and shut up.
