Chuckr, From what I understand, Rockford Corp's 144 registration to sell 1.5m shares are the 'restricted' shares that are part of the litigation that is continuing. They were ordered to turn over the shares and proceeds over to the court...they still haven't complied...(they better behave...or they'll be in BIG trouble...) Anyway, I'm told that that listing on insider trades should be cancelled in the next few days...we'll see...but it sounds credible... SR
