"10:59 [SE] STERLING COMMERCE DOWN 26% AS COMPANY GUIDES ANALYSTS LOWER ON Q3 SALES. " Does anyone know how to plug into these corporate analysts' updates, such as the one above, where SE management "guides" the analysts projections lower? I have just looked at three different news forums and was not able to find any press release or other news item which identified that such a meeting had taken place. This makes it impossible to quickly locate the source of major market movements, such as the SE nose-dive yesterday. Any help into accessing these corporate updates and position statements, so that we can benefit from them as well as the analysts, would be appreciated.
