mmv, you may want to note that Veba just issued a vote of "confidence" by advancing another $100 MM to WFR and rescheduling all other debts to 2001. I think this puppy will survive. It is up 50% today. I am not buying yet, but if you feared bankruptcy, fear not. If you do not fear bankruptcy, I think that $75 /share is not impossible during the next bull run in the semi, and such a bull run will be coming. Zeev
