Buy back.....maybe this is the reason... Look at post #20. Toxic financing as referred to on Yahoo thread is the reason for this move. Stock should appreciate. This move was the lesser of two evils. Take your pick, a stock that isn't worth anything for a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time or the possibility of immediate growth. They now have to find some financing but this is more desirable than the alternative.
