Suppose you knew the stock was not going to exist in May 1997! You could sell the puts and pocket the cash. Why wouldn't the stock exist?
It got bought out at $11. Who would give you the 1 mil for the puts. The guy who was going to buy it of course. There is something wrong with some of this scenario, but part of it works. Get in there readers and perfect it!
