Thermo Tech has delivered boxes and boxes of documents, technical drawings and blue prints yesterday afternoon. It appears that Rene/ThermoTech have finally decided to comply. Whether this is true or not will take at the least one week to determine. TT's attorneys have committed to the delivery of all Richmond drawings as well by Monday. Trooper will still petition the judged to have all fines and charges enforced for the contempt of the Jan ruling. (Rene is not off the hook yet) We will all have to wait until Tuesday to see how the Judge deals with this mess. Robert Pool
