Mentat, I think MI is ok to use in an emergency, but I do all of my downloading from the Neuro site. I use the MI site just to pick my relateds. I never used the 20 model, but if it works like the 40 and the 60 you access the site by using the "download" button on your program, and from there you have different methods of downloading. You can select your .csv file from the window on the left, or manually add a symbol from the box on the top left. You can also setup a batch file from the file drop down menu and enter your entire portfolio, which will download automatically from the run batch command. The files from Neuro's site are already edited and ready to use.

Other commercial programs I've reviewed require manual downloading, editing and preprocessing. Neuro seems to have automated some of
these features for us.
