Mark, as you are aware,I reported at length on the AKI suit and significant details on the competing products between HTCH and INVX on the Yahoo INVX thread and then my report was copied in full by Warren5550 on the Motley Fool Invx message board within the last two weeks. They should be consulted and probably printed. As to the Diskcon machine exhibited by INVX, that was its own creation, not that of AKI. Its own internal engineers did it at costs for future machines referred to in the above posts. Foretunately, they had a group working on a just in case there is an injunction against AKI basis to avoid leaving them out in the cold, although it delayed them 30-60 days on their projections. It is expected that in the period while their FSA is being evaluated by a number of majors, further refinements to the equipment will be made to assure quality volume production. INVX HIF is expected to be in SEGs Cuda line. It is unlikely they will announce non-SEG design wins until other customers orders are being produced for competitive and customer relations reasons, although the November CC will no doubt be revealing.
