Mark, Per Cheryl at Digitcom the 96 Financials from companies Jimmy was in have to be audited for the SB-10 submittal. The company doesn't know how long this will take. I recommend calling her if you have questions. Me: Since DGIV doesn't know how long it will take it is better not to put a time frame on it. We've seen what that does. Lucky Lawrence
