Rubin just said that actual policy doesn't come out of these meetings, seems to be setting the market up for little progress out of this weeks G7 meeting. These guys are just pleading for IMF funding because they know they are going to have to bail out Brazil. Latin America will be the next domino that takes the Dow to new lows - that my guess. We have a lot more exposure south of the border than anywhere else. If those countries crumble, the US will really get hurt.
