I bought EBSC this morning at 10 5/8. Way oversold. They didn't downgrade their earnings, they just shifted them between the 3rd and 4th quarters (more income in 4th than 3rd). Company said that analysts mistakenly assumed recent acquisition would contribute in the 3rd qtr, when in fact most of the contribution would be in the 4th qtr Total year estimate didn't change.
