I think we should forget about the sb-10, that is not going to drive this stock price higher. MOUs turned into signed contracts will have the most dramatic impact on share price. People who say the sb-10 would add credibility to DGIV may be right...but a signed contract with established revenues will restore more credibility than anything that might be in that filing. Just my opinion.
