OK now it is clear to me. The altruistic Kathryn is no longer in charge and Guzik, the lawyer, is now running the firm. If I were him, I'd be pissed as hell at having been stuck with shutting down this POS and I'd be after the a&*holds who shorted this to death. Now they have reason to cover. Not all was kosher and a lawyer is in charge of killing the wounded. ttf
