Jim just FYI. Did some research on Arbitrage related valuation with my finance prof. Ended up cashing out now since the outlook for HAS in Feb is not within the 2 SD I was looking for. Look to buy HAS in spring since STAR wars flick will be out by summer and they will have aquired all toy distribution rights by aquiring GALOOB. If calls were within closing estimates I would have held the options till they were called in hopes of possible options on the stock itself.
Well just thought I'd relate a little knowledge from the University about mergers/takeovers. Thanks for at least answering my post. Good trading!
