>>RECY just made a 3 million dollar interest and principal payment... Not
something a company that is about to default does...

RECY has now consolidated all their payroll and accounts payable
procedures... RECY has also more favorably renegotiated some of their
Acquisition deals...

RECY is now selling at less than 1/2 book value...

There is a rumor about a large waste company that's looking for a
synergistic Acquisition... Republic comes to mind...

RECY has just initiated a 401k program for its employees... To have shares
available RECY will be setting aside one million shares for their employees...
This plus the remaining 500,000 to 600,000 shares still to be bought back
should reduce the number of shares outstanding... Certainly not the actions
of a company about to go out of business... I bought more below 1.50...<<

****

So then, what's the compelling reason for someone (like you) to buy RECY (since clearly you say you did) rather than wait for the technicals to present an an established uptrend?

Another words, what's the reward for taking such a risk as buying into this downtrend?

I don't see it, unless the buy is seen as similar to buying a very speculative option.
