From 53 to 43 in 1 wk, what's the catch?

All you techno nerds who know everything from networks, open system, Java virtual machines, Solaris... Please shed some lights on the plummets of the stock price. I mean the drop far exceeds the market average, the NASDAQ 100 avg, that's a drop of nearly 20% in a wk, and I haven't heard any news, any downgrades. I tried to bottom fishing, just don't know where the bottom is. I got some more at 45, my next purchase will be at 37, but I really don't want it to go that low.
