My guess is that Intel will be growing the high end business of workstations and servers and Super Servers - with Xeons, Cascades and Merceds and McKinley devices.

The PC business will become a smaller percentage of Intel's overall business as Intel focuses on high growth, high margin areas.

The StrongArm and DSP/StrongArms will be geared to the portable Cell phone and low end markets.

By the way - Barrett's comments on AMD not making any money on cheap CPU's is absolutely true. Call up Jerry Sanders at AMD and he will confirm that AMD has lost money in the last 4 quarters. Or, check AMD's financial statements on their web site.
