Weeell Jim, Wheat First started AOL & XCIT at a buy this a.m. and Jefferies started SEEK at at a buy. you'll need to get by bullish net analysts before you presuppose that if one fund sells Dell they'll all follow. i'm surprised to see Wheat First recommend AOL & XCIT; being a christened conservative house Jefferies, although not as conservative, has made some excellent calls lately related to cyclicals; so it is surprising to see them jump on the SEEK wagon what is helping drive Dell around the globe is net access. you may need to cut the net access craze before you pre-empt a mutual fund cutting their position in Dell. hard to do when traditionally conservative houses are issuing buy recommendations on net stocks which, to some, are overpriced
