Sean,

I wouldn't give too much credence to what this Jason has to say
as his story springs more leaks every time he tells it. He also is
very weak in the reference department and also seems to bear a curious resemblance to another poster on cyber who also would not reveal any
info about this companies supposed connection to a company called V-tech. I've come to the conclusion,in the absence of proof to the
contrary, that there is some kind of pump and dump going on. There
are too many posters on all the boards with the same bogus info.It
looks to me that they couldn't get it off the ground. I maintain that
our best hope here lies in someone taking the shell over and bringing
something public through it. Maybe this is what's really going on but
I see no evidence of that either. What I would like find out now but
can't seem to get through any archive, is info on what this company
did do,where it was located and why it went down. The CEO was busted by the SEC for issuing millions of un-registered shares, the accountant
was taken down for mis-reporting filings... there has to be a world of legal hurt around this shell. It also must be bankrupt and boarded up
so how can it have contracts pending in Asia? Pretty hard to verify
anything surrounding this but it's interesting to follow the intrigue.
regards,p.b.
