Good movement in the stock, here is some news that might account for
it:

Union Pacific posted its best operating performance in more than a
year, according to the railroad's most recent report to the surface
Transportation Board. UP in the recent two-week period achieved
its best level of performance since August 1997 by several
measurements, including average train speed, delayed departures,
and car-switching efficiency.

Average train speed reached 15.5 mph, the best in 13 months.
Average time to switch cars is down to 36 hours from more than 40
hours last summer. Delayed train departures declined to 195, nearly
a 50-percent reduction in the past two months. UP said it expects
the improvement trends to continue.
