Z.O: If NN is a take-over candidate and I believe it is ,it must have the desired technology. Since the Operating environment is stable ,expanding and favorable, NN's failure is more likely due to reasons other than technology. These have not been discussed.

I believe Marketing at NN has been the most important factor for where we are today. CSCO is said to have a fine tuned World class Marketing Engine worthy of emulation by others. To-date,whilst there have been many exchanges on Technology, there have been few on Marketing.

Perhaps you or some Sales Person can give us a comparative analysis of NN's marketing Engine vrs that of CSCO. That would help us to discover precise reasons why one Company is on top of the food chain despite NN's claim to have the best Technology.

In todays Market place, Marketing is perhaps even more important than technology and I am keen to understand how different Companies use this tool to succeed.
