Piggy, thanks for your explanation.
It looks possible that while the institutions have sold, the
MMs might have pushed the price back up at the end.
May be they are expecting buyers to come back in after holidays.
I do not see a clear trend yet as discussed in Greg Kuhn's article whose pointer was posted by Phu Huynh; the signals are quite mixed on the future for next few quarters. Next two weeks should provide more data to work with.
