i don't like the way these amendments were grouped together.

for instance, in proposal 3, i would like to be able to vote separately on whether or not to increase the amount of reserved shares and whether or not to increase the maximum number of shares granted to an employee in a year.

ditto for the two items in proposal 4.

does anybody else agree or disagree with me? why?
