Roger, I don't think Ancor is in a "death spiral". Actually, quite the contrary. The stock is probably falling in sympathy with everything else, even highly liquid small caps have been blowing up of late. I'm not at all surprised people sold into the rally. Nor would I be surprised to see a retest of the $1 1/32 level between now and the end of October. This has been a deplorable year for mostly everything, so if you're holding ANCR continue doing so. Tom
