Oh, I do indeed think that a sort of networked conspiracy was involved here. And I have been very hesitant to come to such views in the past. I think it's screaming at us here. I think there was a concerted conspiracy to somehow make Clinton's philandering a politically hanging offense. Even though it would ordinarily be off limits for the press. The Mellon-Scafe crowd tried everything, and then finally hit on something with legs...at sexual harassment suit. (No matter how thin and bogus.) An ideal vehicle for dredging into court, and hence leakable territory, juicy details of the President's philandering. Tripp was recruited through Goldberg to make solid the other side of the trap. Watch. You'll see. Doug P.s. Starr, other than his pious extremism, I'm less sure about. You could end up being right about him.
