I don't have a list of sells and buys, however I would think the volume is attributed to the recent $19m deal announcement. The announcement is probably circulating around the newsboards and gathering some new investors.

Recently the volume has spiked to the high 500k's

bigcharts.com

This chart displays the volume at peak was steadily above 300 thousand. We need to see about double this kind of volume again (700k to a million daily) before we should see our stock price jump. I'm suspecting the obvious, that we won't see any major upward price movements until the next quarterly report. The news about Linzy Capital's "Phase I" and 2nd Offering only hurt our stock price. At this point I'm not sure why they made such decisions at the expense of investors. The 2.2 million in new shares would nearly double our outstanding shares, and dilute our shares as well as call for higher volume before we can see any price changes.

If you compare our stock to other OTC BB stocks (BAAT, DGIV), you might see a similarity where the stock pumps to a certain point, then continues to slide to oblivion, eventually staying idle like HYMX, ADVT. I can only hope this is not the case with Peacock, since I doubt any of us want to be sitting idle for 4 years before any major upward trend.

Good Luck PFCKers
