Yes, you're right about the institutional buying.

I had been watching TMO for a while, but decided to
pick some up once I saw the large increase in volume
on a reversal of the downtrend.

When I looked at the tick data, I saw that mega-blocks
of 200K or 300K shares were crossing at the ask.

This happened several times a day beginning on the day
when it reached its new 52-wk low.
