Vaughn it worries me when I read something from Kaiser that comes even close. I guess we have to consider all points of view so Ill post the latest from him. Wonder why he doesn't seem to realise that in the past few months Lytton has already had one successful and one failed attempted takeover. Why does he think there's room for yet another one?/

John Kaiser, writing in a Sept. 29 Kaiser  Tracker,  says  Lytton  Minerals
excited  the  market  with news that it intersected a new kimberlite on the
Jericho project in  the  Northwest  Territories  with  partner  New  Indigo
Resources.  In  a  rare move upward for a Canadian diamond stock this year,
Lytton soared from a 24-cent close on Sept. 28 to a 39-cent close on  Sept.
29.  Mr.  Kaiser says the Lytton intersection would not normally excite the
market because the company has been actively  exploring  for  diamonds  for
five  years  and  has already brought one pipe through to the bulk sampling
stage. The difference this time is the  new  pipe  falls  within  a  strong
indicator  mineral  train  within  which has been diamondiferous kimberlite
float. Lytton has not released diamond counts, Mr. Kaiser notes,  but  adds
that  "word  on  the  street" is that the counts are "significant with good
size distribution." The letter writer calls Lytton's  find  reminiscent  of
Winspear  Resources's discovery at Snap Lake. (Winspear, however, still has
not found a pipe.) The letter writer concludes that  both  Lytton  and  New
Indigo are takeover candidates.
