Glenn, this may not be news to you or others, but an S-8 means only one thing: Shares
are being registered for quick sale. Holders of preferred or restricted securities have no
neeed to register shares other than to sell them.

That is the intended purpose of an S-8. We agree on that.

The additional 3 million shares is not all that much considereing the demand for the stock. The other 9.6 million vested options of Jungalee will heavily dilute float. I either do not understand how Joy Covey writes or the dates that these shares may be sold are not in any filing as of yet. I will read the filings again this weekend if I can make time. The filings by AMZN are always a challenge<G>
