Something does not match.
If Burditt gave back 9,600,000 shares from the 10,700,000 shares he received
for putting Churchill Resources into Caye Chapel , then that explains
who sold 1,100,000 shares and dumped the market price of CAYC.
And the only asset of Churchill Resources was 800,000 shares of PWRX,
then if Burditt gave back the 9,600,000 Cayc shares, then where are the
800,000 shares of PWRX. (are they still recorded in the name of Churchill)

Now since Burditt is not a generous man, please tell me why he would
give away those 800,000 shares to Cayc for nothing. And the news release says
a non productive asset of Churchill will pay for the new asset they are buying.
So the seller of the new asset (read Burditt), gets back the 800,000 shares
and CAYC appears to have gained a valuable asset, The man flaunts his cunning.
And the suckers line up to be fleeced.
