I would favor dropping the impeachment proceedings. I don't think that will happen until it gets to the Senate. I think Clinton has already been plenty punished. I think for his own purposes he should settle the Jones case. I think that despite believing nothing more happened than he propositioned her, verbally, in his hotel suite. After getting the trooper to invite her up, after she "made eyes" at her. I don't think he did one thing to retaliate. I also very much doubt if he did the lurid things she claimed. That sort of forcing does not seem to be his MO at all. I think she made it up, because she was pissed to be rejected after she asked for a rich job plumb reward, after he asked if she was interested in a quickie. If the worst claimed facts about Filegate and Clinton's involvement in it were proven true, I would favor impeachment. Travelgate always struck me as a big nothing. Doug
