Hi Greg Have not heard from you lately, so I thought I would drop you a line. Hope you had a merry Christmas. RMR seems to have only moved up a couple of dollars and is now back to trading in a narrow range. I'm beginning to wonder if earnings has neared the peak for this stock. We may need to watch it for 1 or 2 more quarters to determine this. I'm still holding my shares - the dividend on top of the last twelve months stock appreciation is hard to beat. What's your opinion? I hope your other stocks are appreciating. Good luck! Charles
