Joe: I think its great that you are looking to build the company through mergers/acquisitions. However, people want to see results in bottom line numbers. Acquiring companies does not guarantee success of a business or upward movement in a stock price....as a matter of fact, it can be the kiss of death...depending on the financial condition of the companies being acquired. When you deliver a profitable quarter, I think people will take notice of your company. So, give the shareholders some profits first, not promises. Then, you will have a group of happy shareholders.
