There's nothing Count Dracula can do about the November puts, because they expire several weeks after Amazon reports their earnings. I agree that the October puts are very likely dead money, which is why I don't hold any.. If you MUST gamble with the Octobers, only buy deep in the money puts.. The premium doesn't matter much as long as you only hold for a day or so- and happen to pick them on a day it doesnt jump up 16 points. :)
