Dell continues to grow, yet so does Compaq. Percentage growth can be deceiving. Take a look at absolute number of machines sold for the past several years. I don't have them at hand, but I think you see the absolute difference of PCs shipped compared to the previous quarter by Compaq was greater or at least even to Dell excluding Q1 and Q2 of this year of course. What does this tell you: Simply, Dell is growing, but not at Compaq's expense.
