Does anyone know of an example where the majority shareholder gave back millions of shares? You say FAMH reads this thread, what do you think Arif thinks of everyone's zero level of confidence in him? Why would the company listen to this thread, there are only about 30 active posters that make up probably less than one percent of the shares outstanding. The collective brain power of this group can only come up with "Arif give back your shares". Let's just say he gives back 20 million shares, that would make outstanding shares 50 million . The price would still be at a dime and the company would still be run by the same person you have no confidence in.

I think your only hope, and you have no control over it, is for some other staffing company to buy FAMH and get rid of Arif. You are now Myriad, a company with loads of potential, but poor management. FAMH got Myriad cheap, now someone needs to get FAMH cheap. Even at 20 cents a share FAMH would only cost someone 14 million dollars. We all laughed at Atrix shareholders and how lucky they were that FAMH was going to take them on a ride to financial freedom. We were talking about 1 Atrix share for every 4 FAMH, 1 for 2, then 1 for 1. If 1997 shows any improvement over 1996, and 1998 shows some positive momentum, maybe someone will look to take FAMH off Arif's hands and IMO thats the only thing you can hope for.
