Well, Mr. Fartright, if your profile is correct, you would know the answer..... It was one of the ways the promoters took your money and is very well known amongst us in this business. Since you claim to be the self proclaimed "hype patrol" I was just checking to see what you knew..... Obviously not much...... Say, have you ever been involved in a deal from the 504 on up ??? Have you ever put a shell together, filed a 15c-211 or were ever able to put MM's into your box ??? Have you ever filed ANY SEC related docs in your life ??? How about an SB2 ??? Have you ever raised ANY money for ANY company in the public markets ???? Well big shot, I have and I do. That's how I earn my money, and when I run across a rookie who thinks they are much bigger than they actually are, I don't mind setting the record straight. I really don't care what size anyone trades, it's their right to post on these threads without the holier than thou attitude you display... Also, one last thing, my new deal is going to trade in around 3 weeks after the 30 period is over for the new issue.... (I guess you wouldn't know what I am talking about Mr. Market) Who knows... maybe you might buy some of the stock in my deal and I hope it's my stock you buy !!!! That's right, I am one of the ones you are on the lookout for.... But as long as your knowledge is so shallow (I have seen puddles deeper than you)I will be able to take a company public through a reverse merger, raise them money in a convert, promote the stock and make money....
