Well, another bloodbath for the group this week - the group average went down 9 percent. Four stocks were up, 1 stayed the same, and 36 were down. The group closed at its lowest value ever - down 42 percent from its value on 4/25/97. The prior worst to date occurred 2 weeks ago - down 38 percent. One item of interest, the SOX-X was down 10 percent for the week, so it fared slightly worse than the group.
