Tell me about it. This doesn't look good. It seems as if they are trying to protect themselves, but it appears to be too little, too late. Many people were expecting news of a different kind. Perhaps the decline in price was linked to these discrepancies rather than some phantom shorting. Who knows. At the same time, they could be protecting themselves prematurely - i.e. too much, too soon. Either by the end of this year or first half of the next, they will have to become SEC reporting to stay listed on NASDAQ OTC. As such, especially as a mining company with huge potential, they will be coming under intense scrutiny. Whatever the case, it sure does seem as if someone has called them to the mat, and this is their response. It will be curious to see what Monday's reaction will be.
