Yes, in a bull market flags are pullbacks, in a bear market flags are rallies. when you break the channel of the flag the next pole begins, breakouts from flags are not always reliable, sometimes they break and reverse quickly. Look at the KEA chart and notice the symetrical triangle that broke up and reversed hard. bb
