Here are the features that makes the Alpha fast " Max, I hate to break the news to you but the Alpha doesn't run the x86 instruction set. Also the 21264, just like the K7 is unavailable. The K7 will trail Intel's x86 processors at all stages of it's lifetime. I have the benchmarks to prove it. EP
