James, I heard Alan Markoff tell GaBard about it when I was listening in without Alan's knowledge. (Bard is known for his conference calls) Not true hows that for an answer........................ Also why would anyone place a market order to sell a Million shares.. Thats laughable for Bender would have taken a beating if he did so. listening in without Alan's knowledge Just more proof of your character...... The listening in is not really the unethical part it's the intent that becomes unethical. Get a little warm for you? :-) Binder I am sure MIDL is fairly warm......... are you just trying to spread the heat around. Now we have you Frank, and Gary coming here and spilling pure mud just when things are looking up for Eutro so are you really thinking of all that is invested in this stock or are you and others just so full of hatred than when you see a good thing happening with Eutro and some shareholders who have held on so long (as well as new shareholders) that you deem to feel its appropriate to come on this thread and gang up on Bender.......... The bottom line is that Gary hates Jim and Jim hates Gary......... I saw Jim go on the MIDL thread with good intentions when he invested in MIDL and tried to communicate with others and the bunch of you bashed the living crap out of him thats a fact..... It was only after blow torches were directed at him that he was throwing some back himself........ Do I agree with all of Jims posts of course not but if I was to put it on a scale with yours and others his are pretty mild in comparison of what I am witnessing here.... I will never forget one thing that I did a long time ago. I had sent Eutro an Email of my concerns about the 50 Million shares and the Email was very direct and filled with some strong wording for I felt something was not right in regards to the 50 Million being in cert form. The following day I learned from Eutro that shares leaked into the float (part of the 50 Million). I will never forget that day for I knew this was not good and my relationship with Brad was tarnished.... I informed some people what I had learned and Bender was aware of the situation as well and was preparing to post what I knew on the thread so that as many people as possible were aware of the situation in regards to the 50 Million. I received feedback on what I was preparing to do (post what I knew) Bender was not happy but he DID AGREE that I should post the truth as I knew it. At the same time their were those who told me NOT to post what I knew...... I have noticed much was withheld on the MIDL thread..... When the TA was called and it was found out a huge amount of preferred shares were issued 400,000 plus every excuse in the book was made for the reason why..... and was kept away from the thread... Thats just one of many...... Everyone trades as they want and Frank when you buy a stock I realize you seem to hold it forever (years) that may work with large caps but pennys can become a roller coster ride before they are a success or failure. No matter what anyone says or does on these forums a bunch are going to hate for their own specific reasons, its usually because they lost some money... hand holding is not a factor within the BB arena we are all adults and we need to accept responsibility for our own decisions. I have a problem with Private Placements (since they can be issued in unethical ways MY OPINON) if you wish question Jim on that I am sure you will get a direct answer. Things are looking better for Eutro........ If you feel you have some factual information in regards to the Company that may be a problem it's more than welcome here good or bad.......... Mudslinging is just what it sounds like PURE HORSE MANURE....
